Welcome to Your Journey to Whole Body Wellness

I want to first begin by breaking down the answer to, what is likely your first question "What is the lymphatic system?"

You are not alone, so let's walk through what the lymphatic system's functions are, What it's components are and what you can do to best support its ability to function for its intended purpose

The lymphatic system is a network consisting of tissues, vessels + organs that work together to move lymph* back into your bloodstream while also removing waste, toxins, and other "foreign" materials from your body.

*lymph - a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.Lymphatic Drainage Self Care Therapy

Full Body Drainage Self Massage Steps:

1. Begin your Lymphatic Body Drainage ritual by warming up the oil bar for 2mins by rubbing it between the palm of your hands. Use the lymphatic glove in one hand and the hold the bar with the other with the nobs facing the area to target, then gently stroke in circles lifting the skin up towards the heart. ( post-Op lipo Joint health or surgical recovery customized video request here)

2. Awaken your lymphatic system by pumping the two major lymph nodes in the body. Pump the back of your knees & underneath the armpits 5 times each for optimal detoxifying results.

3. Using Lymphatic glove with nobs in a horizontal position, begin by gently stroking starting at the ankle, toward the inner thigh in an upward motion. Repeat 3-7 times per leg.

4. Follow up by switching glove to a vertical position, use soft strokes in an upward position towards the outer thigh. Repeat 3-7 times per leg.

5. Massage the back of the legs in a vertical position. We recommend using a step tool or a chair for reaching the back of the knees as you stroke in an upward motion until you reach the gluteal fold.

6. Massage the arms in a vertical position, practice smooth and gentle circular strokes up wrist to armpit. Repeat this motion on the outer parts of your arm. Repeat 3-7 times on each arm.

Massage Daily for optimal results.
