Pain / Injury Consultation: This process involves a thorough examination, dicussion of symptoms, medical history, and the development of an individualized treatment plan.
Postural Assessments: Evaluating individual needs to formulate an effective plan of care. Performed Static or Dynamic focus on a complete analysis of the kinetic chain checkpoints that refer to major joint regions of the body. These assessments + tests often show through-deviation which often provide indicators of problem areas.
Lead to potential further evaluation to clarify the root cause (recurrent dull pain, soreness, tightness etc.)
Dynamic Postural Assessment determines how well an individual maintains their posture while performing functional tasks. The assessment takes place in front of a posture grid. Your therapist will takes shots from four views. Anterior (front), Posterior (back) + Lateral (right, left).
Static Postural Assessment while standing we are able to analyze potential posture deviations due to poor posture work; job related, current/past injuries, unbalanced muscle strength symmetry and soft tissue alignment. This is the first step in assessing the biomechanics and neuromuscular components of your posture. Both are necessary to design a customized program for functional rebalancing.
Muscle testing: Is a technique used to assess the strength and funtion of specific muscles to evaluate overall health and identify areas of imbalance or dysfunction in the body. Muscle testing involves testing the strenght of muscle or groups of muscles in response to a stimulus, such as a physical presssure applied by a practicioner. The idea id that the body response can indicate the presence of stress, weakness, or dysfunction relatd to specific physical or emotional issues.

Tendon Manual Stimulation therapy involves a sequence is a set of transverse friction strokes, strategic active + assisted stretching that help mobilize scar tissue helping to improve flexibility, relieve chronic pain and increase body performance, while also activating the Golgi Tendon Organ (GTO).
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy: Will help restore and improve your lymphatic system's ability to guide toxins out of the body. Gentle and consecutive pressure holds on mother lymph nodes nearest to the most affected area is proven effective and can cut injury recovery time in half. Home Exercise/Stretch Program: Consists of a set of 10-12 custumized exercises and stretches that patients can use as reference for long term wellness at home.
Sugar Control Eating Plan: Creating a sugar control eating plan is essential for managing blood sugar levels, especially for indiciduals with diabetes or those looking to maintain stable energy levels. We provide a one page long guide including key components for optimal health while in the program.
